But regarding 2-3, don't you think that embedding it into Copilot will help with these to? E.g. spinning up Copilot Agents based on your own data would potentially increase accuracy and usefulness?
I think it certainly is a possibility, but remains to be seen and implemented.
Autonomy and Governance are somewhat at odds with each other and need to be balanced. Accuracy depends both on legitimately obtained and consensually provided data. And even then the jury is put on whether larger models and RAG can get accuracy to reliable levels. I am always cautiously optimistic, but for now it remains uncertain.
