What is ProductizeHR?

A newsletter (let’s say bi-weekly, as a starting point) that includes things like curated and original content (including articles and interviews) for busy HR professionals that want to create more traction on their internal initiatives, and want to leverage the learning from the software product management for their own practice. After all, as a Product practitioner, you understand the importance and impact of an empowered team in your Product. And as an HR professional, you manage the most important product of your organization: your people. 🫂

Who am I?

I am a consultant with 25 years of experience, living and thriving in the intersection of technology and people. Curiosity is my superpower and I am always learning about things like AI, People Analytics, Product-Led Growth, DEI, User Experience, Engagement, Human Behavior, and the Future of Work, among other topics. I will try to weave all these in ways that result relevant to HR professionals and product practitioners alike. I am proudly Argentinian 🇦🇷 by birth and American 🇺🇸 by choice.
